| True Lemon for Cooking, Baking & Seasoning
 True products are fabulous to use in recipes in place of lemon, lime or orange juice. (And they are a great way to flavor food without using salt!)
Equivalency: 2 packets = 1 tablespoon lemon, lime or orange juice. In almost all recipes, you can just add True Lemon, True Lime or True Orange directly to your ingredients without adding an equivalent amount of water. (The only time you need to add water and your True product is when the recipe needs the moisture of the lemon, lime or orange juice as much as it does the flavor. An example of this would be a Lemon Sponge Cake.)
