One Million True Lemon Packets Donated in Support of U.S. Troops Overseas

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (APRIL, 2008) BALTIMORE, MD –  True Citrus has donated one million packets of its 100% natural, cold-pressed and crystallized True Lemon to Operation Gratitude, a non-profit organization that sends care packages to United States troops stationed overseas.

True Citrus pledged to donate 10 packets of True Lemon every time someone registered for free samples on the company’s website. Due to its large donation, True Lemon is now listed as one of Operation Gratitude’s sponsors that have given a minimum of $10,000 or 10,000 items annually.

In addition to being 100% all natural, True Lemon has 25 percent of an adult’s recommended daily allowance of Vitamin C. Further, True Lemon has been proven to increase water consumption, an important consideration in view of the fact that hydration is a key concern in arid regions such as the Middle East.
