"For chicken (Cornish hens as an example), I like to use both the lemon and lime shakers in a rub with some type of smoky mesquite or chipotle seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic salt and whatever else I feel in the mood for. My pork chops are also something I am very proud of. I use the True Lime shaker and Cajun seasoning and generously cover the pork chops with these. For the baking process of the pork chops, I add a very small amount of water to keep the chops from burning and I like to add True Lemon or True Lime or both to the water to have the chops soak up the flavor as they bake. I also enjoy smothering my vegetables in the shakers, to give them a hint of citrus. The possibilities for these products are endless, really."
