Here at True Lemon our mantra is to 'Live True'. For us that means living your truest, fullest, and healthiest life.

"Living True" means different things to different people. Maybe it's making a commitment to yourself to exercise regularly, committing your time and energy to a cause that's close to your heart, saving your money so you can travel, starting a company that you passionately believe in like David, the creator of True products and the founder of our company. Or risking everything to follow your passion like Kelley McRae, an independent musician who in 2011 decided to quit her job and go on the road in order to step out into her true life. (We teamed up with Kelley's tour in Summer 2011 and followed her story!)

Dear True Lemon,

My journey started almost 2 years ago. I went to the doctor and got blood work done, which I hadn’t had in several years. She diagnosed me as being diabetic.

Fortunately, the doctor I saw practices both traditional and natural medicine. She suggested I get a book by Jorge Cruise, The Belly Fat Cure. I got it and found your products as some of the recommended ones. I bought a box of True Lemon (lemon flavor) and enjoyed it. I saw that your company came out with the regular lemonade and raspberry lemonade, and I couldn’t wait for it to be available at our local grocery store. I asked about it before it was available there! I was so glad when I saw it on the shelf! I was even happier to see the store where I work carry it (I work at a Super center). I bought both flavors of the lemonade, and still do so now. It’s very convenient when I’m at work to get a bottle of water and just add the packet to it. Best of all, I like the fact that there are all natural ingredients and no aspartame.

Just last month, I had new blood work done, and my results were good. I’m on the road to reversing diabetes, and your products have helped me! I’ve also lost weight, which helped too. Thank you. By eating healthier as well, I’m on the road to better health.

Dear True Lemon,

This week I am finally getting lasiks done. A big thing considering I have been wearing glasses since 3rd grade and I am 31! I finally quit smoking this last week (hubby did too!). A big thing considering I have smoked since I was 18 and have tried several times before. This time feels different and I hope I am right. This week, finally ordered some running shoes. A big thing considering I am rather overweight. This week I finally ordered a big box of True Lemon. A big thing (500 ct), because I want to be healthy and seasoning with True Lemon is one of many steps.

I am finally determined for dreams to come to "fruit"ion. A big thing considering it has taken me so long to take charge of my life. I have got the plans to save the money to have what we want, which includes a fenced in yard for our kids and an orchard and garden in the fence. I can't wait for those fresh fruits and veggies and they will be kept healthy with True Citrus enhancements!

Dear True Lemon,

I'm living true by living my dream of being a wife and stay at home mom. When my husband and I married almost 7 years ago, we knew we wanted children. I was working at a library at the time and knew that one day if I did have a baby, I wanted to be able to be a stay at home mom. We worked hard to save money and prepare a home for our would-be baby. And only one month after trying to conceive, we got that wonderful, positive pregnancy test! I worked up until time for me to deliver, then I quit my job. In one way it was very scary, but it was oh so worth it! I'm thankful we took the plunge and decided to Live True to our dreams! She'll only be little once and I don't want to miss anything!
