Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
| 2 lbs uncooked pasta of choice (I like the tri colored kind) 2 small onions or 1 large onion chopped 1 green pepper chopped 1 medium to large tomato chopped 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped 1 cup feta cheese Dressing 1/3 cup olive oil 2-4 packets True Lemon packets (I usually use 3 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano 1/2 teaspoons salt |
Directions
1. Cook pasta and let cool completely.
2. Chopped all the veggies and parsley.
3. Mix the dressing.
4. Toss the pasta, veggies, parsley and feta cheese.
5. When ready to serve add dressing and toss.
6. This has a great FRESH flavor to it.
I made it over the holiday and EVERYONE came up to me and commented on just how good this was. It is now in my recipe box as a favorite.
