Grilled Chicken Lemon Club Sandwich with Lemon Mayo

Ingredients
4 medium boneless chicken breasts
5 packets of True Lemon
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoon olive oil
4 slices of lowfat Swiss cheese
8 slices of turkey bacon
1 large beefsteak tomato
1 Bermuda onion
1 head/stalk of Romaine lettuce
4 whole wheat buns
Directions
1. Add olive oil in a blender and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Place True Lemon Mayonnaise into plastic container cover and refrigerate.
2. Mix Packets of True Lemon with pepper, flour, garlic, olive oil and water.
3. Cover chicken with mixture. Make sure chicken is evenly coated.
4. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.
5. Wash all your veggies!! Cut beefsteak tomato into slices. Cut Bermuda onion into thin slices. You will need four slices of tomato and 12 thin sliced rings of bermuda onion. Cut the end of your romaine lettuce off and pull off four nice leaves.
6. Start your grill on medium heat. Now cook your turkey bacon until it is crisp place on paper towel and place in microwave to heat up for 10 seconds AFTER your chicken is done. Place your chicken on the grill. Turn your chicken every 10 minutes for 45 minutes until tender and fully cooked use a thermometer cooking probe to make sure chicken is fully cooked. Cooking time varies depending on your grill check your chicken every 20 minutes with your tempature probe. Make sure you clean your probe off with and antibacterial soap between each check to make sure your chicken is fully cooked but not dried out. Now the best part assembly of sandwich!!! Heat up your turkey bacon in microwave for ten seconds. Place the bottom parts of your buns (4 buns) on plates. Add one teaspoon of lemon mayonaise to each bottom bun. Place one piece of chicken per bottom bun. Then add one slice of low fat swiss to each piece of chicken then add your turkey bacon in an X fashion on top of one slice of low fat swiss cheese.
Place 3 thinly sliced rings of your bermuta onion, one slice of tomato and one romaine leaf on top of all your sandwiches. Now add another teaspoon of lemon mayonnaise to the top bun. Place bun on top cut in half and enjoy!!
(Make Mayonnaise the night before for the best results!!)
