Solianka Soup

Ingredients
1 pound of pork butt (without bone)
1 cup of diced cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon of capers
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of green olives
1 lemon
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 cube of beef bouillon
half cup of tomato juice
2 cups of water

Directions
Put the oil into a pot and add pork, let it brown, add capers, cherry tomatoes, olives, ketchup, water, tomato juice and bouillon. Let cook for 30 minutes or until the meat get soft. At the end add sliced lemon and cook for another 10 minutes. Enjoy
