Tangy Guacamole

Ingredients
| 2 avocados 1/2 cup sour cream 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 tablespoons Texas Pete hot sauce 1 teaspoon cilantro (fresh if available; otherwise use dried) 2 packets True Lemon 2 packets True Lime |
Directions
Cut the onions into chunks and put in mini food processor* for 1-2 minutes. Slice avocados in half. Remove the pits. Put the avocado meat in food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Blend for about 2 minutes till smooth & creamy. Serve with chips or carrots & celery, or whatever veggies you prefer.
*If you don't have a food processor, chop the onion fine. Put it and all other ingredients in a bowl, mash & blend with a large spoon.
