True Lemon Char-Grilled Chicken

Description
Lemon and vinegar make mouth-wateringly moist grilled chicken.
Ingredients
4 to 6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 quart white vinegar
5 packets True Lemon
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1 quart white vinegar
5 packets True Lemon
Lawry's Seasoned Salt
Directions
1. Take a large glass bowl. Pour vinegar and True Lemon into the bowl and stir until the True Lemon has dissolved.
2. Add the chicken breasts and marinate 20 minutes (no more and no less.)
3. Place on hot grill and cook until done. When you remove the chicken from the grill, sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoned Salt to taste.

For best results, use a charcoal grill, not a propane one - to get more flavor. Also, don't overcook chicken. It doesn't take but a few minutes on each side to be done. Take a fork and peal chicken breast apart in the middle to see if it is stringy - if it is not stringy you will need to cook it a little longer.
