True Lemon Crab Salad

A rich dish without all the fat. And True Lemon lets the crab's flavor shine!
Ingredients
4 tablespoons fat-free ranch dressing
3 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon reduced calorie mayonnaise
4 tablespoons horseradish
4 packets True Lemon
Dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
8 ounces fresh crab meat
2 cups drained canned whole-kernel corn
2 cups chopped red bell pepper
2 cups chopped lettuce

Directions
- In large bowl, combine dressing, mayonnaise, horseradish, True Lemon, hot pepper sauce and cumin.
- Add crabmeat, corn, lettuce and bell pepper.
- Toss well to combine.
- Refrigerate covered until chilled.
