True Lemon Mint Couscous

Description
Mint, ginger and lemon add excitement to plain couscous.
Ingredients
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
3 packs True Lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 ounces couscous
3 packs True Lemon
1 tablespoon dried mint leaves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
2 ounces couscous
Directions
- In small saucepan, combine broth, mint, True Lemon and ginger.
- Bring liquid to a boil.
- Stir couscous into boiling liquid; remove saucepan from heat.
- Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
