1/2 cup milk 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 8 packets of True Lemon 1/2 cup parmesan cheese 7 ounces pasta, any type
Directions
Combine milk and butter in saucepan, cook over low heat until butter melts. Set aside and keep warm.
Cook pasta according to package directions and drain
Place pasta in a bowl and toss with True Lemon; let stand 1 minute
Add cheese and warm milk mixture - toss well.

I just made this dish for dinner. We really enjoyed it. Of course, I had to guess when to add the Parmesan Cheese, as the instructions do not say. But, I just stirred it in right after the milk and butter mixture was stirred in, and it worked quite well. I did only use half the True Lemon product, and am glad I did. It was the perfect amount of lemon taste, just tart enough. For me, any more would have been too lemony. Next time I make this dish I think I'll add some one inch pieces of fresh asparagus. We are vegetarians, and this dish is very appropriate for all the people out here who choose not to eat meat.

Oops, sorry, I see now that the cheese is added with the milk mixture. Odd how I read this recipe three times and did not see that. I'm glad I added it at the right time. I was really good!
