This is filling, delicious, easy and really healthy with protein, fiber, calcium, live yogurt cultures, anti-oxidants and Vitamin C to kick off a great day!

    Ingredients

1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt (organic preferred) or greek non-fat yogurt
    1 medium banana
    2 packets of True Lemon
1/2 scoop of protein powder (we use Super Advanced Whey Protein)

    Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor

    Calories: approximately 350

    Notes

Options: For fewer calories, halve the amount of yogurt (and reduce fruit accordingly if you want). Other options: use 1 tablespoon flax seeds instead of protein powder, replace yogurt with fat free or reduced fat milk, add other types of fruit (frozen strawberries, raspberries, mangos are great options), and add a packet of Acai powder for Vitamin Bs.

Instead of yogurt you can use 1 cup reduced fat or non-fat milk. Calories will be dependent upon what combination of fruits you put in and how much protein powder.

Love True Lemon in my tomato salad: 3-4 roma tomatoes, sliced white onion, 6 packets of True Lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil....the citrus and salt totally broke down the tomatoes and took the edge off of the raw onion.
